Dr. Ronald M. Cline
Dr. Ronald Cline, a third generation optometrist, is a licensed optometrist practicing in Boston and Randolph since 1972. Dr. Cline and his wife, Barbara, oversee both offices to ensure that they are the most comprehensive primary care optometric practices in the area. Dr. Cline received his Bachelor of Science and his Doctorate from New England College of Optometry, where he was appointed adjunct clinical professor of optometry in 2008.
Dr. Cline is a member of the American Optometric Association, Massachusetts Society of Optometrists and the Optometric Retinal Society. Dr. Cline specializes in contact lens fitting, pediatric evaluations and Glaucoma diagnosis. Dr. Cline also specializes in the control of dry eye, macular degeneration and Nutraceuticals.
Mrs. Barbara Cline – Office & Business Manager
Barbara has been the office and business manager for Randolph Eye Associates since 1983. She is credited for the wonderful optical boutique, community relations, patient relations and all operational responsibilities. She has been a member of the Randolph Chamber of Commerce and currently a board member for over 30 years. She is also active in Randolph/Avon/Canton Rotary and past president. She leads the charge in keeping and supporting local institutions and organizations. Randolph Eye Associates supports various sports programs at Randolph High School and Blue Hill Regional and many programs throughout the greater south shore and greater Boston communities.
Her unique talent and experience in the optical industry and her understanding of patient needs are incredible assets to growth and patient retention. Barbara, along with her husband Dr. Ronald Cline, lived and raised their family in Randolph for 35 years.
Dr. Donna Zhang
Dr. Donna Zhang grew up in the Boston area and attended the University of Toronto where she received her Honours Bachelor of Science with double majors in pharmacology and human biology. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry at the New England College of Optometry.
During her studies at NECO, Dr. Zhang was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, the Massachusetts Society Optometry, the Lions Club and Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity. She volunteered at multiple events including providing eye care and glasses to underserved areas in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Zhang completed her clinical training at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Brockton, the Indian Health Service in Santa Fe, South Boston Community Health Center, and New England College if Optometry Eye Clinic, focused on low vision and contact lenses.
Dr. Zhang enjoys working patients to provide quality eye care and she offers services in comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and management of disease such as diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, macular degeneration and glaucoma.
Dr. Weihua Ding
Dr. Ding joined Randolph Eye Associates in 2018. She received her O.D. degree from New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts in 2003. She had interned at Codman Square Health Center, North End Community Health Center, Veteran Affairs outpatient Clinic in Lowell, MA, and Lahey clinic medical center in Peabody, MA. She had received her medical degree in 1998 in China.
After her optometry school graduation, she has been working as a full time optometrist with Doctor’s Exchange of South Carolina and Georgia at National Vision Inc., Natick Eye Associates and Dr. Magalhae’s Eye Associates prior to joining Randolph Eye Associates. She is experienced with comprehensive eye exams, multiple categories of contact lenses fitting, ocular disease diagnosis and management, strabismus and amblyopia, retinal conditions, glaucoma, cataract and systemic disease ocular complications.
Dr. Ding is deeply caring and a proponent of ocular disease prevention. Her goal is to have happy and healthy patients.
In her spare time, She loves reading, jogging and hiking.
Glynis Good – General Manager
Glynis joined our team at Randolph Eye Associates in 2014 bring over 20+ years working in the optometric industry.
She is the General Manager and a Licensed Optician at Randolph Eye.
She graduated from Quincy College in 1988 with a degree in Early Childhood education with a minor in computer science. She completed her 4000-hour apprenticeship and received her Optician License in 1993.
She is involved with many extracurricular activities outside of the office including singing in the church choir and teaching 1st grade CCD
