Dr. Ronald M. Cline

Dr. Ronald Cline, a third generation optometrist, is a licensed optometrist practicing in Boston and Randolph since 1972. Dr. Cline and his wife, Barbara, oversee both offices to ensure that they are the most comprehensive primary care optometric practices in the area. Dr. Cline received his Bachelor of Science and his Doctorate from New England College of Optometry, where he was appointed adjunct clinical professor of optometry in 2008.

Dr. Cline is a member of the American Optometric Association, Massachusetts Society of Optometrists and the Optometric Retinal Society. Dr. Cline specializes in contact lens fitting, pediatric evaluations and Glaucoma diagnosis. Dr. Cline also specializes in the control of dry eye, macular degeneration and Nutraceuticals.

Mrs. Barbara Cline – Office & Business Manager

Barbara has been the office and business manager for Randolph Eye Associates since 1983. She is credited for the wonderful optical boutique, community relations, patient relations and all operational responsibilities. She has been a member of the Randolph Chamber of Commerce and currently a board member for over 30 years. She is also active in Randolph/Avon/Canton Rotary and past president. She leads the charge in keeping and supporting local institutions and organizations. Randolph Eye Associates supports various sports programs at Randolph High School and Blue Hill Regional and many programs throughout the greater south shore and greater Boston communities.

Her unique talent and experience in the optical industry and her understanding of patient needs are incredible assets to growth and patient retention. Barbara, along with her husband Dr. Ronald Cline, lived and raised their family in Randolph for 35 years.

Joshua Cline – Vice President of Operation/HR and Marketing

Josh Cline has been working with the family business since 1999 and grew up observing the practice.

Josh is a business strategist and marketing professional who wakes up every morning with the goal of helping companies succeed. Over the past 19+ years in global strategic business and marketing, he’s helped more than 150 companies develop and execute strategic plans to reach business goals.

Josh is currently Vice President of Operations/HR/Marketing for Randolph Eye Associates and Managing Director of Cline Ventures. Besides Randolph Eye, Cline’s main focus these days beyond his consulting is to back developing an International co-working, accelerator/incubator and investment fund to help develop the eCommerce/small business ecosystem in Rhode Island. Josh also contributes to Huffington Post, GeekTime and many other media outlets.

In 2007, Josh founded The Cline Group as a response to the immediate need for an integrated-marketing firm that provides both outbound and inbound marketing. The company has since grown tremendously and is now known as a leader in the startup and emerging business spaces — both in Israel and abroad. Venture1st is the next generation of The Cline Group. Josh has moved on from Venture1st and is building the foundation for Venture1st Labs.

Josh focuses on business and marketing initiatives that build business, propel growth, and make shareholder value translucent. Josh’s professional portfolio and areas of expertise include launching international brands, expanding marketing and communications in global markets, positioning companies for funding, mergers and acquisitions, developing and advising companies in capital raise, invest in startups, mentoring entrepreneurs and raising notoriety for non-profits that are actively making a difference in their communities.

Dr. Lisa L. Rubin

Dr. Lisa Rubin is a licensed Optometrist practicing in Randolph since 1996.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and earned her Doctorate from The New England College of Optometry in 1993.

Dr. Rubin specializes in specializes in contact lens fitting, pediatric evaluations and Glaucoma diagnosis.

Dr. Donna Zhang

Dr. Donna Zhang grew up in the Boston area and attended the University of Toronto where she received her Honours Bachelor of Science with double majors in pharmacology and human biology. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry at the New England College of Optometry.

During her studies at NECO, Dr. Zhang was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, the Massachusetts Society Optometry, the Lions Club and Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity. She volunteered at multiple events including providing eye care and glasses to underserved areas in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Zhang completed her clinical training at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Brockton, the Indian Health Service in Santa Fe, South Boston Community Health Center, and New England College if Optometry Eye Clinic, focused on low vision and contact lenses.

Dr. Zhang enjoys working patients to provide quality eye care and she offers services in comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and management of disease such as diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, macular degeneration and glaucoma.

Glynis Good – General Manager

Glynis joined our team at Randolph Eye Associates in 2014 bring over 20+ years working in the optometric industry.

She is the General Manager and a Licensed Optician at Randolph Eye.

She graduated from Quincy College in 1988 with a degree in Early Childhood education with a minor in computer science. She completed her 4000-hour apprenticeship and received her Optician License in 1993.

She is involved with many extracurricular activities outside of the office including singing in the church choir and teaching 1st grade CCD

Suzanne Pomerleau – Front Desk Manager

Suzanne has been a team member at Randolph Eye Associates for eight years and is the front desk manager.

She is an alumni of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a Bachelors degree in General business and Finance.

She is the proud mother of four children and four grand children and enjoys spending her free time with her family.
